I recently completed my PhD at JADS / TU Eindhoven, supervised by Emmanuel Keuleers. My research sits at the intersection of NLP and psycholinguistics — I work on tokenization, language model evaluation, and the conditions under which models generalise across domains and registers. Here is the summary of my thesis.
I am currently open to new opportunities. I am equally interested in continuing NLP research (generalizibility, input representation, language codecs, domain drift, quantitative/theoretical/psycholinguistics) and in pivoting to fields such as algorithmic monitoring, speech, accessible language technologies, robotics, energy grid management and load prediction, or R&D in niche industries.
